Terms of Service - Updates
Internet Marketing Team agrees to keep the information on these terms accurate. Which means we update the terms when necessary. We will attempt to notify you of these changes, but it is your responsibility to be aware of these terms each time you use our service.
Information Accuracy
In order to use Internet Marketing Team’s services you need to provide and maintain accurate information with us. Don’t provide us inaccurate, false, misleading, or incomplete information. If we suspect that you have deceived us then we reserve the right to refuse service and/or discontinue your service.
Privacy
We appreciate privacy just as much as you. We will protect your privacy just as we protect our own privacy. We will not provide your information to any third-party unless we are legally obligated to.
Illegal Activities
Using our service means you agree to not use our service for illegal activities or to aid or assist in illegal activities. If we suspect or become aware of any illegal activity Internet Marketing Team will suspend your service and take any and all necessary actions to protect ourselves and our clients.
Customer Conduct
Through the use of our service you agree to not use our service for spamming, disruption of networks, or any activity that may compromise Internet Marketing Team’s network or services. Also don’t steal our stuff or rip us off — this includes reverse engineering our technology, or violating our patents, trademarks, copyrights, and brands.
Data & Service Outages
While we will do our best to ensure network integrity and to backup all data on our hosting service, we highly recommend that you maintain your own personal backups. Bad stuff happens, like natural disasters or freak accidents, and we can’t be expected to be able to account for all of them. In other words we’re not accountable for lost data or service outages.
Security
Likewise, while we work tirelessly to ensure the security of our networks, if our network is compromised we’re not liable. If you are aware or suspect that someone is trying to compromise the security of our network you are obligated to inform us.
Compensation
Refunds, discounts, and special offers are at our discretion. We are not liable or obligated to offer refunds, or other compensation, due to outages or any type of service issues.
Right to Terminate Service
You have the right to cancel your service at any time, just as we have the right to cancel your service at any time.
